MyHealth Centre re-certified as a Great Place to Work® 2019
MyHealth Centre is proud to announce that we have been re-certified as a Great Place to Work® after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.
MyHealth recognizes employees as its most valuable asset in word and deed. Ultimately, we offer services provided by empathetic staff with a sincere desire to help those in their community and aligned with our mission, ‘To provide Quality Patient Care, through Innovation, Compassion and Integrity’. MyHealth is designated as a Great Place to Work® as employees trust management, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with. Employees understand the Organization’s vision and mission and their roles in contributing to its achievement. There is also a greater level of confidence in the future of the business, from employee’s perspective.
