I didn't have a good experience Oct 2024. The staff member doing my ultrasound told me I was fine & not to worry however I ended up getting a diagnosis. She shouldn't have said anything, it was very upsetting & unprofessional.

Excellent Technician. Made you feel comfortable and was fast for an uncomfortable procedure.

Altho the staff were extremely busy they were very proffesinal and dealt with everyone in a proffessional and courteous manour. I commend them for their patience and proffessional demeanour.

I had a pelvic ultrasound and the technician Attia was very helpful. She made me comfortable and was explaining everything. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I went a bit early and I was in and out within reasonable time. No waiting at all.

The reception staff and technician were very punctual extremely pleasant and efficient.

Had my first ever mammogram here yesterday. When I arrived the waiting area was packed but I checked in and was called back to the exam room quickly. Jessica was amazing, thoroughly explaining the procedure and making the whole experience, especially for my first time, very comfortable. I was out of there just five minutes after my original appointment time. They even give you a coupon to cover the parking fee.
