Welcome to MyHealth Centre in Oshawa! We are located on the north side of King Street just west of Park Road and across the street from Red Lobster. We've been operating for more than 30 years, providing nuclear medicine, nuclear cardiology, and bone mineral density scans for thousands of patients. Step 1: Requisition
Download a requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.
Step 2: Schedule
All of our services require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.
Step 3: Prepare
Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***
*Our consultations and diagnostic tests require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, such as a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health centre.
*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.
***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.
