Great experience at Toronto King! This is my 2nd time utilizing Well Diagnostics at this location and highly recommend. The staff and technologist were polite and professional. They made my experience comfortable and easy. The location is clean and stylish (as can be expected!).

Extremely efficient and friendly staff. I was seen on time which was important as I needed to get back to work. I would recommend this location.

I rarely write reviews but was motivated to write one about my very positive experience at WELL Health Centre this morning. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and professional.

Although I requested a walk-in service on what was clearly a busy morning, they did their best to squeeze me in. The technician who conducted my X-Ray was also really nice. He made me feel comfortable and conducted my many X-Rays very quickly without making me feel rushed (even though I knew he had a busy day ahead of him). I am very grateful to all the staff at this centre.

Unfortunately, I also had the misfortune of watching another walk-in client pitch a fit when the staff could not squeeze him in immediately. He threw a tantrum, bullying and harassing the front desk staff while threatening to text "Jeremy the COO" about the "terrible service" he was receiving. To the staff, I am sorry that you have to deal with such fragile men. To "Jeremy the COO" (if you exist), I hope you stand up for your employees and make better friends in the future.

I had multiple services done at this diagnostic center on the same day, and my experience was excellent. I arrived early, and they accommodated me right away. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the technicians are highly knowledgeable and thorough. I was especially impressed with how efficiently everything was handled—my results were sent to my doctor the very next day. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend this clinic!

Minimal wait time for walk in X-rays and absolutely no waiting for booked appts. Great to see the chairs in the waiting area were sanitized and the clinic was extremely clean.
