I want to especially thank the ultrasound tech and observing student who performed my ultrasound. After an extremely upsetting experience at the last clinic I went to for the same test, I was very anxious about the procedure. The tech (I wish I remembered her name) was very kind and understanding, walking me through the entire process and making sure I was okay at every step of the way. I am very grateful for her kindness - medical tests specifically for women’s health issues are often not taken seriously and can be quite uncomfortable and invasive, especially when not done with care. My ultrasound technician was either a student or maybe getting her hours so still a student. It’s not my world. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. She was awesome. I also appreciated that the fully licensed technician did not overpower her and spoke soft while guiding her. I barely could make out what she was saying. She’s a great coach.
