甲状腺摄取和扫描：甲状腺药物（例如 eltroxin、synthroid 和 thyroxine）或含碘食物（例如海带或海藻）可能会影响该测试的结果。如果您正在服用任何甲状腺药物，请在就诊时告知工作人员。请咨询您的医生，了解是否停止使用任何甲状腺药物或补充剂（应在测试前 3 周停药）。请带上一张目前用药清单。

甲状腺摄取和扫描需要 2 天时间：

• 第 1 天：口服一个胶囊，并进行测量（最长 1 小时）。

1. BILIARY SCAN: Do not eat or drink anything for 4 hours before your appointment.
2. BONE SCAN: You will receive an injection. After the injection, you will be free to go until your next appointment time. You will be instructed to drink 3-4 glasses of fluids and void frequently. You will return at the second appointment time for pictures. Initial injection: 20 Minutes | Later Images: 2 Hours 
3. GALLIUM SCAN: You will receive an injection of gallium, which is a small and safe amount of radioactive material. After the injection, you will be free to go until your next appointment time, between 6 to 48 hours later. Upon returning, images will be taken with a scanner to detect where the radiotracer has accumulated in your body. 
4. RENAL SCANS:

• • Renal Function Scan: Drink 2 cups of water 1 hour before your appointment. Bring a list of all your current blood pressure medications.
  • Renal Captopril Scan: Do not eat anything for 1 hour before your test. Please drink 4 glasses of liquid (water/juice – 1 glass each hour for 4 hours before your test). You may empty your bladder. Bring a list of all your current medications. At the time of booking, patients will be informed regarding discontinuation of Ace Inhibitors, diuretics, and other anti-hypertensive medication.

5. THYROID UPTAKE & SCAN: Thyroid medications (e.g. eltroxin, synthroid, thyroxine) or food containing iodine (e.g. kelp or seaweed) might affect the results of this test. Please inform staff at the time of booking if you are taking any thyroid medications. Check with your physician regarding the discontinuation of any thyroid medications or supplements (should be discontinued 3 weeks before your test). Bring a list of all your current medications. Thyroid Uptake & Scan is performed over 2 days:

• • Day 1: A capsule is taken orally, and a measurement is taken (up to 1 hour).
  • Day 2: 24-hour measurement of uptake, followed by an injection and then imaging (1 hour).

SCINTIGRAPHIE BILIAIRE : Rien à manger ou à boire 4 heures avant le rendez-vous.

SCINTIGRAPHIE OSSEUSE : Vous recevrez une injection. Après l’injection, vous serez libre jusqu’à l’heure de votre prochain rendez-vous. On vous demandera de boire 3 à 4 verres de liquide et d’uriner fréquemment. Vous retournerez au deuxième rendez-vous pour la capture d’images. Injection initiale : 20 min | Capture d’images plus tard : 2 heures

SCINTIGRAPHIE CÉRÉBRALE DE PERFUSION : Évitez de consommer de la caféine et de l’alcool le jour du test.

SCINTIGRAPHIE AU GALLIUM : Vous recevrez une injection de gallium, c’est-à-dire, une quantité minime et sécuritaire d’une substance radioactive. Après l’injection, vous serez libre jusqu’à l’heure de votre prochain rendez-vous, 6 à 48 heures plus tard. À votre retour, des images seront prises avec un appareil d’imagerie afin de voir où s’est accumulé le traceur radioactif dans votre organisme. 

SCINTIGRAPHIES RÉNALES :

• Scintigraphie de la fonction rénale
  Buvez 2 tasses d’eau 1 heure avant votre rendez-vous. Apportez une liste de tous vos médicaments actuels pour la tension artérielle.
• Scintigraphie rénale au captopril
  Rien à manger 1 heure avant le test. Buvez 4 verres de liquide (eau/jus – 1 verre toutes les heures pendant 4 heures avant le test). Vous pouvez vider votre vessie. Apportez une liste de tous vos médicaments actuels. Au moment de prendre rendez-vous, les patients seront informés de cesser de prendre des inhibiteurs de l’enzyme de conversion de l’angiotensine, des diurétiques et d’autres médicaments contre l’hypertension.

RECAPTAGE THYROÏDIEN ET SCINTIGRAPHIE : Les médicaments pour la thyroïde (p. ex., eltroxine, synthroïde, thyroxine) ou les aliments contenant de l’iode (p. ex. laminaires ou algues) peuvent compromettre les résultats de ce test. Veuillez informer le personnel au moment de prendre rendez-vous que vous prenez des médicaments pour la thyroïde. Consultez votre médecin concernant l’arrêt de la prise de tout médicament ou supplément pour la thyroïde (doit être abandonné pendant 3 semaines). Apportez une liste de tous vos médicaments actuels. Le recaptage thyroïdien et la scintigraphie sont réalisés sur une période de 2 jours :

Jour 1 : Un comprimé est pris par voie orale et une mesure est prise (jusqu’à 1 heure).
Jour 2 : Mesure du recaptage après 24 heures, suivie par une injection, puis imagerie (1 heure).
