My first appointment in Sudbury for cardiology was a great visit. The staff were very friendly and diagnostic testing went very smoothly. Dr. Hourtovenko was very thorough, friendly and took the time to answer questions which was much appreciated. Great team we are lucky to have in the North.

I really enjoyed my experience especially since I was not feeling very well.She took me right in, gave me good instructions, was there to direct me to the right spot & was very efficient. Very impressed!

Matthew was my technician and he was absolutely incredible. He made an ultrasound that I was extremely anxious about, better than I ever expected. My husband was running late to come see our baby at my 13 week scan and Matthew waited until he was there to make sure he experienced the ultrasound as well. Such a kind gesture that really meant a lot to both of us (and he totally didn't have to do that for us, either.) He was beyond patient, kind, reassuring and is truly wonderful at his job. I can't thank him enough.

Stacey, my technician was lovely. Excellent patient experience. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and put my mind at ease. Reception staff also friendly. The office validated parking.

I went in for ultrasound and x-ray tests. The service was professional and on schedule. If I need further work of this kind I will return here.

The person who did my mammogram was friendly, informative, and gentle. She explained everything before hand as well.

Staff was excellent and very thorough (not to mention, very pleasant) with their explanations of the procedure I was receiving . I would have no issues referring anyone to this Well Health location. The only thing I would like to mention is that I received an additional injection which I had not received before and I was not feeling well (nauseous, headache, tired) when I left the health centre and I had a little bit of a drive home. So my only suggestion is that if someone was receiving the same additional injection for the first time, they should have someone drive them to and from the appointment. Perhaps this could be a suggestion on your consent form/instructions. Overall though I had a very good experience with Orangeville Well Health and as I mentioned, I would recommend this location.Second part of my test was this past Wednesday. I was a bit early and was taken in almost right away. The second part was easier to deal with.

I really had very great experience with front staff and technician( don’t remember their names). Both ladies were very helpful. Even I got my ride at 8:15 AM for 9:20 AM appointment. Still I was 20 minutes late for my appointment because of bad weather and stuck highway. I am 35 weeks pregnant, if they cancel my appointment, it was going to be hard for me to come back again. Thank for your help.
