This visit was more involved than my previous visits, before I only gave 4 stars today I’m upping it to 5 stars. This is a clean, friendly and fast group and no 30 buck parking fee. How can you not love this place!

Today was my first visit to Well Diagnostic Health Centre Scarborough for an ultrasound, since our local hospital no longer offers the service. After a little research, I was glad to find this location just five minutes from my house—and honestly, I’m grateful the hospital stopped doing them because my visit here was fantastic.

The office was fresh, clean, friendly, and well-organized. My technician, Janta, was professional, gentle, and very caring in her manner. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with tests at other facilities, however this was the complete opposite. In fact, I’d say it was a better experience than at the hospital. It felt more personal, and it was definitely faster and more convenient.

I highly recommend this clinic and a special thank-you to Janta and her kindness.

My appointment for bone density started on time. My technologist was professional but personable. I always have a good experience here, starting from reception right through to exiting after the diagnostic procedure.

Efficient and polite service, very welcoming. Accessible and great parking, public transport to the door.

I recently went in for an ultrasound and had such a positive experience. There was absolutely no wait time, which made the appointment so much smoother. Most importantly, the technician was incredibly kind and comforting, which really helped ease my stress. What could have been an overwhelming visit turned out to be calm and reassuring thanks to their professionalism and care.
